Those are not questionable outputs, you passed both tests
admirably.  The discrepancies have to do with the fact
that some basic storage allocations are increased for
BigTeX---hence the 9500 control sequences and the 607
hyphenation exceptions possible.  The header string
for a Web2C compilation is a bit larger than that
for a Pascal compilation, etc. etc.  You have the smallest
discrepancy in rounding for the values of y4 and y0 that I
have seen in a long time.  Discrepances in the least significant
digit are to be expected, since this is one of the few
places where the program actually dips into the system
floating-point capabilities.
